Within the education and training structures of the National Union of Women of Djibouti (UNFD), a center of excellence for women’s rights has been created that undergoes all forms of violence.
The center, considered a pilot project for the African continent, includes a range of professional services, including law firm, medical office, psychologist, meeting room, reception and waiting room, in absolute privacy.
In such compartmentalised spaces, the magistrate’s office welcomes victims’ bodies, ensuring the application of the law and the safety of those who denounce abuses.
