The idea of creating a new functional plan for new needs arose from the need to find new office spaces for the citizens.
Unable to adopt traditional systems that would have compromised the underlying structure for a significant increase in weight, alternative technical solutions were sought.
The Afreco proposal consists of a galvanized steel frame with reduced weight but excellent anti-seismic performance. the internal partition is rational and comfortable, in an airy and luminous environment, completed by custom furnishings for the work stations.
The historic building, redesigned for functional reasons, is harmonious in its unity, contributing to the redevelopment of the city skyline.
